When I first interviewed at UHD, I was immediately impressed by how inviting and warm both the building and the employees were. In all honesty I didn't initially expect this from a smaller rural hospital. But now after four years here, I'm still impressed with it and very proud of our facility, employees and clinical outcomes.

While I love the variety of experiences practicing nursing at UHD offers, I love how family oriented UHD is even more. UHD makes it possible to keep my family first in my life through flexible scheduling, being able to bring sick children to work with me and understanding managers who give time off when needed. My co-workers are also my family away from home.
