Leadership and Governance

At United Hospital District and Clinics, our three leadership teams are made up of staff and community members as follows:

• UHD Leadership includes our Administrative team of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Nursing Officer and Chief of Medical Staff.
• UHD Board of Directors includes both community volunteers and members of UHD’s provider staff. The UHD, Inc. Board’s primary responsibility is to develop and follow UHD’s mission and vision. This involves development and oversight of policy in quality and performance improvement; financial performance; effective planning; and effective management.
• UHD Foundation Board is a volunteer board whose members are representative of UHD’s service area. As the fundraising arm of UHD, the Foundation is dedicated to providing financial support to ensure continued healthcare excellence in the communities served by UHD.
